A: We schedule consultations as far as 6 months in advance. However, we only require a 24 hour notice for consultations. If you are visiting Hot Springs, we will be happy to try and see you while you are here. Just call to check our availability. We are happy to work around your schedule.


A: I have enough seating available for you to bring 3 people with you to your consultation. Please let us know how many will be attending so that we may have adequate cake samples ready for you.
 

A: Yes, depending upon the cake design. Cake pictures from magazines and websites are sometimes "digitally perfected" so that they are flawless. We will do our best to create a cake with as close a likeness as possible. Pictures of cakes can be e-mailed in advance of your consultation.


A: No. You can call us later to book the date. The deposit or balance for the cake can be paid over the phone with a credit card or by a check through the mail. We can mail or e-mail contracts to you as well. You do not need to make another appointment to finalize your order.


A: The deposit is $100.00. It is due when you book your date. This deposit applies to the cost of your cake. In the event of cancellation, the entire $100.00 deposit is non-refundable.


A: Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept checks and cash. Please note that if for some reason the final balance is paid after 30 days prior to the wedding, we cannot accept payment by check.

 



A: The final balance is due 30 days prior to the Wedding. For party cakes, the final balance is due upon ordering.
